The reason they want 60 days is so they can request temp tags for 2 months. If it only shows 30 days they’ll have to do a second request if your tags haven’t come in by the 30 day mark. It’s some Tesla wants to have but isn’t a requirement.

Well just got a text that my delivery has been changed to pickup from the SC in Plano. Thought they couldn’t for some reason but I’m fine with it. If they could move it up to today that’d be even better since I work up the street.

Car delivered to the Plano SC a day early. Called and they were able to bump me up from 6/15 to 6/13 delivery! Stoked to be getting my car dropped off Sunday night instead of having to wait until Tuesday.

When I ordered I attempted to put in for home delivery. Said it wasn’t available for my location. Selected the Democracy location for pick up. When they sent the schedule delivery text it said pickup wasn’t available and I qualified for home delivery.

Same here on the delivery option. They said something about Texas or Plano having to do that. Not sure if that’s a local facility thing or a statewide thing. Cool they’ll drop it off, but have to be home for it. And not sure how they’ll take my trade in.

Just got the text to schedule delivery. Scheduled for 6/15 home delivery. Have a trade in so seeing if they take my trade at the same time. I work less than a mile from the SC so going to see if I can pick it up earlier by going by there.

MYP red/black/no tow, no fsd ordered on 5/23 and received vin on 5/30. Vin 195xxx. Currently car at factory and should be delivered around 6/15 to dfw SC. We’ll see if it delivers earlier.

Same build in DFW. 195xxx vin. They told me today the car is still in Cali waiting to be shipped. Current pickup estimate of 6/15 so we’ll see if it is sooner or not. Our vin ranges seem to indicate the car was recently built. Order date for me is 5/23.
