Is the MVPA automatically generated or does the SA need to do something on their end. I know my SA is out this week, but I have a VIN and delivery date, but no MVPA to finalize my loan. Wondering if it's worth calling into the SC again or just be patient as with most parts of this experience.

I have the same experience and get routed to my SC, also Charlotte. The two times I've called, I have gotten a person who asked for my reservation number, and once when my SA was working they transferred me to them. No callback option, but get voicemail when I called outside of their hours...
