Yes, this happened to me as well. Had to call the delivery centre to adjust the amount due as well as that totally changed as well as the interest rate. Obviously nothing they could do with the interest rate as it was more than 90 days since approval.

Yes it is. I used the one from the source code as well. A week later, the VIN finally appeared and it was the same.

No Bill of Sale here either. Picking up on the 12th at Vaughan. No VIN on the account listed(except in source code). Had to confirm with SA directly to make sure VIN is good for insurance purposes.

Just got a text for pickup of my M3P. Booked for June 12th. Still haven't gotten a VIN though officially. Just through source code. Is the VIN in source code solid enough to use as insurance info?

Just to add a data point. ordered black/black M3P on March 11th. EDD is now June 4-10. VIN is in source code, but haven’t been contacted for pickup.
