I’ve noticed the same thing start happening to me recently. No clue why though.

Thought green meant “active”, red means “problem” and “grey” means inactive. Poking around other areas of service mode there are other features I definitely know I have (like windows going up and down) that it’s grey for since it’s not being used.

I just got a MYLR with FSD that has no USS. I notice in the service mode that these sensors aren’t being used. Anyone know what they’re for? Maybe they’re what OP is referencing and will turn on with V11 to go along with vision?

Feels kind of silly. That’s like buying a brand new iPhone 13 or whatever but the new iOS software is only available to people who have the older iPhone 12. Might be a bad example but point remains.

I bought a MYLR with FSD and received it two weeks ago, it came with software version 2022.40.4.1. I’ve done the 100+ miles on AP and have a safety score in the mid 90s. Am I screwed out of FSD beta because of the software version I have? Anything I can do?

Was thinking of getting a tinting but apparently its illegal in NJ for the front windows and windshields. Can you get pulled over for having a tint?

I got the FSD subscription to test it out as well. I have all of those features that you say you're missing. My only suggestion is that its possible your area hasn't been mapped enough yet so some features that require the tesla to know the landscape won't be available.

I ordered on 7/6 so I should be good. I called the delaership and they said to just fill everything out and then everything regarding the incentive will just work itself out later.

Life hack: Put the sun driver visor down and then pull it sideways and it'll block the camera. Then you can do whatever in the car and the inside camera wont be able to see anything, so it will just default to asking you to give a slight turn every 30-40 seconds, which is the standard.

If you go on the list of keys you should see yours and your wifes phones as keys. You have to click on each key and associate it with a driver profile, otherwise it wont automatically move to your profile when you get in the car.
