I have 2021.4.18.10 Same problem it comes and goes at random. Sometimes manual will load other times crashes. I also had a new issue may be related. The Web app does not load. just busy icon going round and round forever. Same if on WiFi or the Tesla mobile (starlink?)

Another symptom: I took a 20 mile drive and the manual began to work but browser still does not open (address bar never shows up - like the app is not loading).
