I called my sales rep and he said 24 cars had “cosmetic damage” so some paint chips while they were being transported. He said they will be fixed before given to us. He also mentioned it could take up to end of June to get the cars.

My VIN has disappeared as well. I ordered the same car as yours with delivery in surrey. They didn’t give me a reason why it was cancelled. The rep just said his manager told him to cancel all Saturday/Sunday deliveries

My delivery for SR+ all white got canceled for tomorrow in surrey. They’re not saying why and said they’ll get back to my shortly. Anyone else have this issue?

I just called my advisor to change my terms right now. All changes need to be done before your delivery day and it takes 24hr to see the changes. If you make changes once you receive your delivery date it could impact your date. I would call your advisor ASAP.

I ordered the same car as you on May 1st with delivery in surrey. I got my vision agreement on Sunday and my delivery date has changed to June 15-20. Haven’t received the delivery message yet.

Ordered all white standard range may 1st and after refreshing the page many times I got Tesla vision yesterday. My EDD has also narrowed down to June17-24 pick up in Surrey.

I ordered my M3 standard range white interior/exterior on May 1st in Surrey. Estimated time was June 14-30 but yesterday it changed 8-12 weeks.
