Ok. And I reset before by turning breaker off for 1 min and back on. Is that ok?

As a side note does anyone know if the inverter has a log where you could see resets etc? I logged on one time after resetting it as I understood that’s the only way to log on to it. Unfortunately it appears the log is gone after a reset.

Good point. Well now I have the ammo to be prepared for the service issue before I pay for it. I’ve had others tell me this is “normal” but it certainly doesn’t look normal. i should add the first day or so I had it on it appeared to work fine. I can attach those images if needed.

I think it does. Because the power wall isn’t charging during the times the inverter appears to “drop out”.

That’s what I was wondering. Seems like a pattern based on time of day and more best during the reset times and also higher dc from the panels. Did they have to replace the inverter?

New install yes. I’m not sure the version of power wall.

What is CT? Did they fix it?

I just don’t understand why it’s shutting down for 5 -10 min at a time. You’ll notice I changed the settings in the Tesla app around 1:30 to be “advanced” vs “self powered” and the crazy on/off behavior seems to have stopped.

It’s currently on grid.

I recently had a Tesla solar install. No inspection or net meter installed yet. Those appointments are made by them I guess. looking at the app however it appears to me something is resetting or failing on a consistent basis. is this an inverter resetting?
