In 2018 I was driving from South Carolina to visit my brother in Del Rio. This would have been very handy. As I was passing Uvalde my car warned me that if I didn’t turn around, I was out of supercharger range. Definitely need one in Del Rio too. Fortunately he had a 14-50 plug in his garage...

Stopped by at 730am this morning. Nothing new from Saturday. Looks like Duke Power left a pallet in one of the stalls as well. Transformer was cycling through a test sequence. Got to be close though!

5pm 3/30 no change.

Did my weekly drive by last evening. As of 530 pm March 23, we are still waiting for power. No change.

Drove by today. Still waiting for power.

Drove by tonight. No progress at all. Still waiting for the power company. Everything else is done.

Stopped by today, and as soon as I got out of my car the foreman walked over. Their work is almost done, but he told me that the power company could take 1-2 months more to finish their work. Likely we won't be using this site for a while.

Drove by Thursday night Feb 9 about 530. Lots of work going on. Looks like the platform for the power supplies is almost finished. It's a bit trickier that most SCs because of the slope in the parking lot.

Drove by today around 11am. Nothing happening. Trench is mostly filled in with a couple of huge cables sticking out at one end.

Next time stop at Piedmont instead. Woodruff Road around the holidays is Greenville's answer to Atlanta traffic. Sorry you had such a bad time. Piedmont is easy on/off with faster chargers. There's Fair Play as well.

Greenville resident here and frequent visitor to this area of our fair city. This is IMO a much better site than the mall. There are a large number of eating establishments nearby, solving the food desert problem of the other GV supercharger location. Only at rush hour is the traffic really bad...

The first stall, 1A, has had its cord pulled out of the pedestal. About two inches is showing without the plastic sheath. Not good.

Stalls 1a and 1b are not working

Stopped here yesterday. Stall 1A isn’t working, and 3A only put out 60A. 1B, 2A and 2B seemed ok. Something needs fixing.

Charlotte with a population about ten times that of Asheville will have the same number of locations. Does this make sense?

Someone just posted on FB that it’s open. The pic showed his car charging. Can someone verify?

I drove by this morning about 10am. Nine stalls are built, three left to do. The power equipment is still wrapped. Quite a few workers around, but no one I asked had any info on date of completion.
