we'll be ordering our M3 in a few months for 2023 delivery. Will the $2000 rebate be available then? Does it apply to when you ordered or accepted/finalized purchase of the vehicle?

If the federal proposal reviving EV tax breaks for Tesla return, do you think that vehicles purchased in 2021 would qualify? Or would there be the same "Order Date" scenario as it applies to NJ's Phase 2. I know the Dems' proposal is still a big unknown but they are pushing it pretty hard.

The MSRP of LR MY's are still under 55K, so most vehicles will be eligible for at least the proposed 2k rebate.
