Tesla Energy has the worst Customer Service. Regret getting Tesla

Just got off the phone with Tesla... After that conversation I'm fuming. After weeks of back and forth I finally (as of 7/14) got on the schedule to get my pre-PTO system on the schedule for a 7/27 repair. End of last week I recived a message that the repair was rescheduled to 7/24- soon after...

Anyone with success getting a problem fixed pre-PTO?

I took up the strategy of being super annoying... calling every couple days, emailing into the black hole, web chatting incessantly.... Most gave me the line that the app would not be accurate until after PTO- and that if the system is on I needed to immediately turn it off :rolleyes...

Running on PW/Solar, clocks running fast?

Storm is rolling in, I'm now just a bit of solar and discharging PW. Frequency flips back and forth from 60.0 to 59.5... maybe there is the time badit? Thanks!

Running on PW/Solar, clocks running fast?

Sure- it's 8.16kw, 2 powerwalls (1 pw+ w/ built in inverter). I don't have a KW device, but I do have a UPS that can display hz (it's not on the microwave, but I imagineit would be the same throughout the house?)... Right now I'm at a steady 60.0, and I'm solar feeding the house and charging...

Running on PW/Solar, clocks running fast?

Oh- My PW doesn't get near full, I get maybe up to 30-50% and run it until I'm in the teens, then it's back to on grid.

Running on PW/Solar, clocks running fast?

Still pre-PTO, so toggling the grid on and off to maximize solar without feeding back any juice. Running 6-12 hours daily on solar/pw only. I've noticed I'm losing 5-10 minutes per week on both my microwave and stove clocks. In looking around, I found that in Europe there was some sort of grid...

Timeline so far: 3/1 order, 5/27 install, 6/9 failed inspection

It's the 8.16kw panel system with 2 powerwalls (w/ Tesla inverter). I wish I could have gone with a more beefed up system, but power company required liability insurance for systems over 10kw made the financials just not make sense to go as large as I would like.

Anyone with success getting a problem fixed pre-PTO?

21.18.0 About that... Inspection failed due to missing labels. Inspector didn't specify what specificly was missed in the note. The guy from Tesla couldn't figure out what was missing so he tossed a bunch of extra stuff in hopes he got whatever the offending miss was. Maybe my complaints will...

Anyone with success getting a problem fixed pre-PTO?

Hypothetically, let's say there was some... system testing and something seemed to not be working. Continuing this hypothetical scenario, lets say that during peak times the production chart looked a bit like this: And when logged into the inverter you kept seeing it cycle from on and charging...
