Negative Camber in the Rear and Expensive Tires

Agreed. I took an hour to read through this thread and need another go just to get conversational on tire camber. I have a p85 with 21" tires and I am on my fourth set at 25k miles. The ones I just replaced had the same inside tread wear. Do I need to have an alignment shop reduce the camber as...

    Supercharger - Greenville, SC

were looking to buy a second one. However we are locked out of most of Florida here in Port saint Lucie. I'm not buying another until I can charge in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. This super charger in Greenville is all that keeps me from going to Kentucky to visit my father.

    First trip Up I-95

Sometime this summer we are going to try for Whitley city Ky from Port Saint Lucie Florida. I am planning on heading up 26 from 95 after charging up in Santee South Carolina. The plan is to stay the night in Asheville North Carolina and then try to top up in Knoxville before heading up the...

    Tesla vehicles for Russian market

My fathe3r in law was here for christmas from Yoshkar-Ola. He drove my p85 around and could not believe it. There was a blurb somewhere that one had sold in Russia for 400K seemed like a lot even with there tarrifs.

    First trip Up I-95

Aardvark, you bought a revolutionary new car. Not a minor iteration from the big three. These people built the best car ever from scratch in less than 10 years. I am a bit peeved that Elon Musk did not take my personal needs into account when he deployed the superchargers. but I will struggle...

    First trip Up I-95

My main concern are the mountains. There are two big jumps to get up on the Cumberland Plateau. I have never had the car in any hilly regions. Every time I go up a bridge here I can see it on my energy graph.

    First trip Up I-95

No, fully loaded p85 performance. Whitley city is 80 miles north of Knoxville, nearly all vertical. I am used to driving my p85 in Florida. Driving in the mountains is more like flying an airplane. Hence my concern. AND PLEASE FOLKS OF COURSE I HAVE AN ICE VEHICLE IN CASE THE SUPERCHARGERS ARE...

    First trip Up I-95

Ultimately, I want to take her back home to Whitley City, Ky on the Tennessee border above Knoxville. I might make it if i could charge at a welding shop in Columbia and then sleep over in Asheville, NC, then find another welding shop in Knoxville. I would consider helping to finance a High...

    First trip Up I-95

Hi, I am hoping some of you have more experience than I do with road tripping, and are wiling to give some pointers to a newbie. I am considering taking my P85 on a trial run up I-95 and up to Greenville South Carolina for a business trip on the 13th of January. Hopefully the two new...

FHP cuts Model S a break.... You're welcome

I was on 95 in fort lauderdale tuesday when FHP roared up behind me in the HOV lane. I was on cruize control at 70, I think he was going to bust me for not having a passenger. I seriously doubt that they would let a certain model go. They love their revenue.
