Yeah I hear you. I commute to Boston the majority of the days and the traffic is brutal, big reason to ditch the manual and ICE. I know I’ll miss it but I’ll probably end up grabbing something even more visceral like an 80s 911 in five years or so. Can’t wait to take delivery!

My trade in is a 2020 BMW M2 Competition. Was trying to stop chugging gas with this purchase lol. I may have decent luck in the private market as the car is pretty rare as is my spec, but who knows. The whole process is going to be greatly delayed if I still end up getting a Tesla though :(

I appreciate it. Very frustrating to be told one number and get a wildly different one back. I guess I’ll see what I can do elsewhere.

Bad news, I just cancelled my order. Tesla pulled a bait and switch on me. They offered me X for a trade in value a few weeks ago and then a week before my delivery date come back with X -$20k trade in offer. Has anyone else had to deal with this? I’m pretty pissed and turned off from the brand...

I changed my mind from black/black to MSM/black. I like the way it looks in different lighting scenarios.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the trade in department when your SA is off for a few days? I want to get that all sorted ASAP and don’t want to wait for him until he’s back on Sunday.

Update, I found the car I was looking for in the ‘Existing Inventory’ search function on the Tesla website. Two quick calls to my SA and I got my custom order changed to a purchase on the existing inventory car. Delivery window changed from 7/8-8/7 with no VIN, to next week with a VIN assigned...
