I just received my plates and registration and can confirm, it is a 5 year registration. I did not have to request it. This saved me some time, thank you Tesla or ADOT.

Initial impressions are that the car look and service are great. I compare the tint to my wife’s 3M crystalline and like the look of the Xpel XR plus. Getting the windshield done is noticeable with the heat. If the work done still looks good after a few months I would choose them again.

I’m still unsure if it leads to cracking. I’ve read it can because of the extra heat on the glass instead of it going into the cabin. I’ve also read that it is only going to crack if there is a imperfection in the glass that would have cracked eventually as well as it will not lead to cracks...

I got the full front PPF and all windows except the roof. I dropped it of Friday morning and had it back Saturday 1PM. I asked them to color match the front and back. 70/20/70

Hope you get it and it is not pushed back. I didn’t find any defects that I thought needed fixing. I had the PPF and tint done at Hyer Quality Detail a day after delivery and think it looks amazing. Thank you @TheSackLakeKid for mentioning them. I was looking for a place in the east valley...

I took delivery today. The car was delivered to Chandler around noon. Ive been working and haven’t been able to give it a thorough look but upon first glance it looks great. Black/Black, 5 seater, no tow, with 19” wheels. Order date was on 5/22, vin arrived on 9/4.

I got my VIN today. I saw an email and was welcomed with the order update screen when I logged into the account. OD was on 5/22.

Trying to keep my mind off just the EDD. What is everyone thinking of doing for PPF and Tint here in AZ?

I was going to see if anyone has seen an EDD of the current date but you answered that today @Bkn42. Looks like we should have some happy Arizonans in the near future. EDD for me today is 8/24 - 9/10.

I’m right behind you with Aug 22 - Sept 11. The date had been moving later by 1 day each day for the last 2 weeks with a jump usually of about 3-4 days on Friday.

I wonder how far they go to deliver a car.

EDD is not always an accurate indicator. I remember when my EDD had a June date then September back to June. Sprinkled in with a September and now October jump.

How are you sure about that? I’m curious since I have the same EDD as you. I saw you got a cub now, congrats.

Nice glad to see your long wait come to an end. Pretty soon there will be no more April orders waiting.

Same for me. I was holding onto a June DD before the end of Q2 and then a July DD up into today. Who knows tomorrow it can be September again or back to July.

Looks great. Are you having those issues repaired? Did you have to let them know during the delivery?

It looks like 4 demo MYs just listed in the Phx/Tucson area.

Well back to September today. This week has been July-August -> September July-August -> September. When will I learn to just wait patiently.
