Poll - Are you waiting for the infrastructure bill before ordering?
Looking at the fact sheet it does NOT look like the bipartisan infrastructure bill will have any new EV credits, so I guess that would leave the Democrat-only reconciliation bill as the best chance of it passing...- TES0323

I have a Ford Maverick reservation, but if this bill looks like it'll pass I'll likely cancel it and get a Model 3. 2021 EV Tax Credit
If I had to guess, it would be that Tesla is eligible for the $7500 credit when/if the bill passes, and then the extra $2500 will only be applicable for vehicles sold after January 1, 2022.
