Noticed that my new MYP (7/21 build) when I was using summon. When the car turned on it looked like the suspension moved up about .5-1 inch. Never noticed before while in the car. Is this normal? Took a video, now I assume it's just the breaks letting go and the car pops up a little.

With the increases in MYLR pricing it almost seems like they are pushing people to get the MYP, only $7k difference now. If you get upgraded wheels $2k, Acceleration Boost $2k, that remaining $3k can make the bigger brakes, the new headlights, even bigger wheels, spoiler and lowered suspension...

The Tesla ones do sell out pretty often from what I see. When they come backin stock is anyone’s guess. As long as you are sure you are getting the car just order if it’s available.

Yep trading in at Tesla, I checked with Caravana and Vroom. Tesla was within $500 of them before the reevaluation. Which wasn’t worth the hassle of going with the other ones if car delivery and sale didn’t match up

You can just call them as schedule the delivery. I did because I was going to be away, so I told them to set it for the only day in the windows I was available.

Got a VIN 240xxx 8/7-8/13 delivery....right during my vacation. Crap. Crossing fingers it get delivered earlier or later than the date.

Looks likely, our variation in dates works out since my delivery distance is 1 or 2 days further.

Trade in offer expired, so had to update my Odometer, wait for Tesla to confirm. In other news, my early date pushed out 1 more day, which gives me less stress now since I am within the last 3 day window of my vacation.

Mine moved 1 day. At this point don’t mind if it moves back a little more. Less anxiety about the date being during my vacation

It's a recent build so that's good. Maybe financing fell through, or other reason. Hard to tell if the rejection was for defects on the car until you see it.

MYP folks, anyone get a VIN? Went back to a date range today instead of 7-11 weeks.

Mine changed from the generic 7-11 weeks for a MYP to 8/6 to 8/20, and I'm on vacation on the wring coast 7th to 12th. So also nervous.

Just update, a little late from the usually 8am EST update. Changed from 7-11weeks from the last 4 days to 8/6-8/20, which basically falls in line with the daily pushes I was seeing before that. Bleh....

With the price increase for base, wanting the upgraded wheels and acceleration boost. The cost difference would’ve been minimal for me, that’s why I just went with performance. Also if I got the base probably would gone 7 seater, no option for that on the performance

Call Tesla today to see if I could get some details since it's Day 3 of 7-11 weeks. They first told me that sounds about right, but I mentioned that the dates were very close before it changed to the default, so he checked a different system. He said that the car was being built and hopefully...

From what people have posted previously the 7-11 weeks date is the default if they don't have the EDD for you and it's always the new order delivery range. That's why some people will randomly get the October date also for the MYLR. I think if you see this you are put into the logistics pool...

Are all your tasks completed? It should give a date even a placeholder if it's all complete.

Another day, another date change. Side note, anyone do a trade-in to Tesla ahead of delivery? I have a vacation scheduled for the current delivery window, and have thought if it gets locked in when I am away, I might ask them if I can trade in before I leave, and have them do Home Delivery...

Mine moved a couple days earlier. I think the MSMs and Blues are being built first this time. The Tesla Fremont Flyover Youtube showed a lot of that color in the Temp holding lot. Very few Whites, which is what my MYP is.

I mentioned earlier my delivery window went from 20 days to 13 days. but still no VIN. Does that mean anything? I've noticed the majority of people have a 20 day date range.

My window bumped up a couple of days, but the first time it also shrank the delivery window from 3 weeks to 2 weeks. Unfortunately half of those 2 weeks I am on vacation on the wrong coast for delivery. Ugh.
