Humming at 75 mph

I bought a used (with low mileage) 2013 S and noticed a humming noise when I exceed 75mph. Is that normal? All other functions appear to be working well.

My 2013 S P85 has a noticeable humming sound when I exceed 75 mph. To be expected?

Charging for charging for 2013 S

I recently purchased at 2013 S which, allegedly, comes with life-time free charging. Yesterday, I charged it and was billed (only $1.50) but free should be free. Wondering if anybody else has has a similar problem and how it was resolved.
