Been busy testing her out. Yeah and I don’t know man came with almost 0 flaws yes driver side door doesn’t latch good paint job is flawless though. Have the worm in the steering wheel but I don’t ever notice it so none issue. The charge is awesome 25 minutes from 3% to 80% on the 250 kWh...
I used to have Infiniti's for approx. 2 decades and they always were awesome, anywhere I lived in the country always great experience. My Mercedes experience was great though not any better than my infiniti but for a lot more money.
Just don't want to work for Amazon, because they treat employees and contractors about as well as Tesla their customers and this I know from 1st hand experience.
Though I did like how one of the Tesla people explained the inspection, "we want to make sure the car wasn't damaged in delivery"...
Best update I could get after an hour of calling around. Car is in the state of Illinois at an undisclosed location, when it's going to move from said undisclosed location to a dealership is unknown. When delivery will take place unknown, could be as soon as tomorrow or could be after...
Well if thats the case Tesla will just be a paragraph in the history books and a case study on how not to do customer service in business school because they won't be the only player a decade from now.
In the last 24 hours I have thought about cancelling my order more than I have in the entire 9 month wait. This policy of absolutely 0 **sugars** given about the customer who has already spent a cool $100k on a car is just unacceptable. The entire process of buying the car has been **sugar**...
Proof positive that there is no rhyme or reason to Teslas delivery method or maybe there is... I ordered 4 days before, supposedly taking delivery 5 days after not that 4, 8 or 9 days out of 9 months is a long time and you have a lower VIN # MF439xxx vs mine of MF440xxx, but this might be all...
Ok I called and finally got to speak to someone, it was a strange feeling speaking to a Tesla Rep.... Probably cause in 9 months this was only the 2nd time that has happened. So I was told (not sure the accuracy). Car will arrive at our sales center on the 2nd in the evening after service...
I'm worried something like this is going to happen to me also, but I havent had any communication with our sales center after confirming refresh order, can't get anyone to call me back no matter how hard I try.....
So delivery date has now moved from Spet-5-7 to September 1-7, same VIN still. I guess this is good news even though the date widened, but I am going to assume it has something to do with labor day weekend. Still haven't heard from anyone at our SC. Paid for the car by wire didn't get the...
Todah rabah, hope you get your vin soon! Honestly if I didn't find this support group (lol) I would've cancelled so very very long ago..... So thanks to everyone on TMC for getting me through this long extra 7 months (9 months total) of waiting for this car. Now this last week or so will...
Yes, it's important to have that insurance, and cause I've been waiting so long had to upload a new insurance because the other insurance expired. Don't want to overlook that.
I had that problem so I open up a private browser window and was able to log in. Try that or clear your cache and cookies, am going to try that next and see if it fixes problem. Will let you know.
My AMG that I returned back in Feb, I was lucky to get 5-7k miles on the back tires on 6-8k on the front. I always ran past useful tread life on the back to let the front catch up so I could just replace all 4 at the same time.
I do know for a fact that they have had difficulty getting enough car haulers from JB Hunt to ship the cars and that's probably why they are pilling up at the factory.
That's long passed, had I known the wait would of been this long I for sure would've done that but I returned it mid Fed. and have been renting Nissan Rouge since then. I could've bought this Rouge by now considering how much I spent on the rental.
I am about to breakdown and buy something in the meantime. When I placed my order back in December they said 4-6 weeks which was perfect cause my lease on my mercedes had 7 weeks left. Been renting a car since then but it's outrageous highway robbery renting a car for this long. I just can't...
Checking account page 5x a day hoping it updates
Well, just had a change in my account. This showed up, but nothing to review or no vin. Anybody have a clue what that means? Or how long the wait is from this point?
Blue and cream with autopilot and FSD. It originally said June then blank then July and then in middle of June blank again and been blank since. The only time we heard from our sales associate was when they called asking if we had trade in (we don't). Since then we've heard nothing, left...
We ordered back in December, Chicago area, RN114323xxx, Blue, Tempest, Cream, Auto and FSD and it originally said end of June and then went blank and been blank since. SA won't call back and on chat say they don't know but try to sell us solar.
We ordered in December order RN114323xxx and it's also been blank since June. Blue, 19", Cream, Auto and FSD. SA won't even call back and on chat they don't know anything but just try to sell us solar.
