It seems like July orders will start seeing VINS soon. Now I’m interested in the EDD game once you have a VIN. Should be interesting.

Ordered on 7/02 and got my loan approved on the same day. Completed everything Tesla asked for. Picking up at Costa Mesa, CA. My EDD has been stuck on 8/17-9/06 for the last 5 days. No vin yet.

Ordered same day as you, but I’m in Southern California. You might be a couple more hours drive from Fremont compared to me. My EDD for the last 3 days has been 8/17-9/6. Crossing my fingers for a VIN in the next week or two. We shall see.

After almost 2 weeks of a missing EDD, I finally got some dates too…Aug 6-20. Ordered July 2nd. Definitely not getting my hopes up though.

I heard that the date between VIN assignment and actual delivery is shorter the closer you live to Fremont. Is there any truth to that? Asking for a friend in California 😉
