I've seen something similar. When the car is close to finished, I can disconnect my hotspot, and it still goes on until it reaches 100%. Maybe Tesla is including a local extraction/unzip of files within the last percentages?

I seem to recall a software update that raised the suspension in order to lessen the possibility of hitting debris? If so, could these be linked? In any case; if the ride height is increased I believe the suspension will become more firm.

Do you have a USB disk or flash drive connected for dash-cam? If so, try removing it and do a restart. Please report back, because I have a similar experience, which seems to improve when no USB-dev is present.

Thanks for your reply. I did not know that it worked like that. However, the wifi is not connected at all when experiencing this issue. I regularly experience the issue in urban/city areas. For good measures, though, I will try to remove every wifi connection.
