Are you talking about the reverse noise? A low pitch hum and then when you go faster it increases in pitch? That is part of the pedestrian warning system.

I think changing config is risky. Doubt you’ll go to the end of the line, but it could hurt your edd. My point was I have white seats and my edd window is farther right than yours

I have the same order date as you except i have white/white. my first date is the same as yours. My end date is 9/18

Alot of the mid to late july orders are on a 20 day window. you will now when those orders start shrinking

Look at the 2018-2020 M3. I dont recall any feature changes in that period. They made minor fixes (weather seals, etc), but no big changes like what happened with 2021 refresh. those getting a Q4 car, will have the same car as the Q3 people. I would guess that the M3 doesnt get a design refresh...

I think we speculate alot of things, based on no actual data. We would need to find an actual tesla employee to figure that out. In my opinion, i like that my date doesnt move. In all likely hood, a moving date moves further right, so stationary dates are better than right moving dates.

One of the “July” orders was actually a June order. I think the other one is a troll, he only has been a member for a few days and doesn’t have any other posts.

Does anyone's dates actually updated during the day? all mine have been early AM updates. Im starting to feel that constantly checking is insanity on my part

the included cable does not covert AC to DC. There is an internal adapter in the car. The superchargers convert the AC to DC to provide the fast charging.. Im hoping you dont have a bigger issue with the internal adapter.

My date as moved way left. Ordered 7/18. Original estimate was 10-16 weeks. This morning it is saying 8/27-9/16. Crazy good news. Lets hope this isnt some sort of error.

As far as resale goes, your car would technically be 1 year newer.

Can confirm. 2 mid July orders from my family. Both now have EDD of "November". I think this means that our cars will not ship in Q3 (end of october). Not a great sign, cause usually Q3 is the big push for end of calendar year. On a good note, the November deliveries should be considered a 2022 VIN.

watch out, turo has mile limits. most of the time its around 250 total miles
