Are you setup for advanced updates, I can't tell if there is an update as the app cannot connect, can't recall if I get the in car notification for acknowledging an update.
Don't reboot, I was in that state and my App could not connect to the car and option was to do a soft reset, which deployed the new release without me accepting it. Horrible
True, I am just about at that state, I was better off taking delivery once the SW got stabilized. There are a lot of owners (including me) complaining about the new SW update since it does a factory reset and disconnects the app.

Mercy..I took it to the SC and they couldn't figure out how to connect to the car to push any update, I will have to take an appointment two weeks down the road to get some technician look at it.
I was on 24.3 and since yesterday my phone wouldn't connect, so I did the scroll press reset on the car and I see the new update already there with a reset of everything. Trying to setup from scratch.
The navigation data is missing though.
