Did you have any luck getting a reply to your request?

I received mine last week from Lynnwood and the SA said it is a recent policy wherein if you are within a specific radius, Tesla would only deliver (drive) it to you rather than the customer come and pick it up.

Am I seeing something here (red circle below)?

Went with 0.99%. The 0.99% is applicable only for 48 months period though (increases to 1.24% for 60 and 1.49% for 72). There was a one-time payment of $35 to become a Texas Tech "alumni" though.
