Mine just fell off too right after delivery. What did you do to fix it? Service appointment fixed it under warranty?

I also use the N914, but an even quicker process, maybe not as thorough. I just mix it 1:128 in a garden sprayer, then spray generously all over the car as the stuffs is cheap! Then I just use microfibers (a lot of them) and wipe them down, then pat myself on the back and called it a job well...

How do you get a response from the service team regarding your ticket so fast? I scheduled my appointment 2 days ago and no one responded yet. I was hoping they could address my minor cosmetics through mobile service instead of going all the way to their Brooklyn Service Center.

I picked mine up at the service center. They are delivering 36 vehicles a day so they are quite busy. The car is almost perfect with small imperfections in three places: 1) a chipped off paint on a corner rear panel 2) plastic thing under the 2nd row chair broke off as I slide the seat forward...

Anyone picked up their vehicles yet from the Brooklyn service center? Are they jammed packed? I was originally going to pickup my vehicle today but they called and said they found a deep scratch on my rear bumper, and rescheduled me to a later date so they could fix it. Bummer.

MYLR/White/Black/7 Seats/no tow/no FSD/ OD: 6/19 EDD: 9/22-9/30 Just received my vin this morning at noon, but it is 265xxx. I called and they said my car is just built. How? I see some people here with vin 269xxx, and mine was just assigned and still at the factory with 265xxx?

OD 6/19, EDD changed to 9/22 to 9/30 too. Hope I get it before quarter end. Brooklyn delivery center.

I lived in Staten Island, NY. Currently i set my delivery at Brooklyn SC. If i change it to Springfield NJ, would that impact my EDD? Currently my EDD is Aug 27 to Sept 16, order date June 19. Thanks.
