After 4 months of waiting, I took delivery yesterday and did a round trip of Winnipeg to Saskatoon and back (1600km total) in one day to pick it up. Never doing a trip like that again, but I have my car! Pic was before I started the return trip. I was already feeling it

Basically, they got rid of the radar, but because that changes some of the regulatory things and whatnot, you need to agree to it to get your car. If you don't agree, I think the order gets cancelled, but don't quote me on that.

My delivery has been scheduled for sept 7th. Going on a road trip to Saskatoon and back (roughly a 18 hour round trip) with a friend. This is gonna be a long week.

Spoke too soon. Got my tesla vision accept dialog and a VIN (by checking page source code) a few minutes ago. Sask dealership is closed on Mondays, so I'll hear something back tomorrow maybe.

My EDD of Sept 2-16 hasn't budged since Friday. This is the first time that I have seen my EDD be closer than 8 days away or just a month listed. I think this just means that someone forgot to reroll the dice on my EDD and it'll probably be fixed tomorrow when someone notices the mistake.-=7p-0...

My EDD has moved solidly into Sept now. Here's hoping I'll hear something by the end of next month, but inching very close to 4 months of waiting here now. I've basically given up hoping for getting a car soon, and have just been checking about once a day.

Congrats! I'm only 5 days off of you and also in the Prairies, so maybe I'll hear something soon? I doubt they would be taking your VIN away in the middle of the quarter, but who knows with the RNG that is the tesla site. It truly is a mystery as to how vehicles are distributed.

Finally took a test drive yesterday and had a blast. Very excited to get my car in the next "2 weeks" at some point.

Well I sold my previous car. I'm now carless until the Magic 8-ball decides it's time for me to get a delivery. Gonna be so fit from biking everywhere.

I called the service centre and they said that a car matching my spec is being made right now, but they won't know for sure until I get a VIN assigned. "Within a month" is apparently the timeline.

Still in "October" jail. I'll call the service centre this afternoon to see if they have any updates.

Texted my SA, no cars scheduled to arrive this week in Sask. :/ Guessing I won't see anything until next month. I'll at 120 days since ordering in Sept.

My EDD for the last month has been (current date + 8 days) to (current date + 25 days). I'll actually be near the dealership in a couple weeks, so I'll see if I can push someone to get it then (otherwise it's a 16 hour round trip), but I'm guessing I won't get it for another couple months at...

My SA updated me saying "we didn't get [any cars] last week.....I'm not sure any store did either". Apparently they also get a delivery report for how many cars they'll be getting for the next week that updates multiple times a day.

From my anecdotal experience and what I've heard from both my SA and other people, the EDD doesn't really mean much at all. I've seen September and October a few times on my profile now and it always goes back to a date range within a week. Still doesn't mean much after that either. I ordered...

May 1st. My EDD just changed to October though, but I'm still hoping for mid August though as that's what my SA told me.

Mine just changed to Aug 12 - Sept 01 today. I can't imagine Saskatoon gets a lot of shipments though.

Ordered May 1st, my estimate has been consistently only a few days away for a couple months now. I'm currently at Aug 6 - 24. I asked my SA about the status a couple weeks ago and he said that they aren't expecting any deliveries for the next little bit and that his system shows Aug 19th right...
