Called my local tesla and they confirmed my lfp car was on-site just waiting for the update to release it to me. Current delivery date set for 9/13/21

So I was automatically scheduled for home delivery Sept 13th for lfp car, does anyone know if they call in advance

I ordered yesterday one of the inventory cars everything standard other than its grey with lfp battery and today i got the vin for my original order everything standard other than its white with original battery. idk what to do....

I know its been answered before but I cant seem to find it. How long after getting a vin did it take for your agreement to become available?

I just ordered one of the inventory cars thanks to discord, the vin says it's made in US when you look it up I'm not sure why less range, hopefully just an update or typo but I got a vin so not complaining too much Edit: just read that email, so the new batteries are the cause of it but I'm not...

Update: June 30th order, White with all standard options in Phoenix, AZ. EDD is 8/28-9/08. Spoke with SA yesterday and he said from his end probably more like mid September, but I can't help thinking that he's just saying that to make people feel like they have a more concrete answer.

Not sure if this applies to the fremont factory or only the China factory but elon tweeted "Tesla makes cars for export in first half of quarter & for local market in second half." Yesterday, so maybe we will start seeing more vins soon.

I dont know how your doing it, reading how long you've been waiting makes my stomach drop and also gives me a little anxiety that I'll end up in the same boat 🙃 for all of our sanity I hope you get a vin soon.

Congrats, I'll be picking up mine there too, ordered 6/30 so still have a minute to wait. But dynamic tint in Tempe has really high ratings and in a youtube video they talked about how they've done so many teslas by now that it's second hand nature to them.
