Just happened to me, lost tidal and theater entries, full reboot did nothing, but switched from British English to US English and it all came back, now all OK on British English :)

The barrier at Dartford Service Centre confused me as well, if you just drive up to it, it will open. At least for a Tesla :)

Hi,should all be good, I use a M3LR with my hypervolt on a 60amp circuit, and as there is a grid current sensing facility it should not cause you any major issues. Hypervolt have legendary customer support also...just a satisfied user.

What charger do you have? There were some issues with Hypervolt's and the latest cars, they will exchange your cable swiftly if so.

My M3LR has just updated, 18 days old and all seems OK, but when I switched on some music it was LOUD! Did not leave it like that!

The Tesla store inside Bluewater is gone now. :( The collection point is well signposted if you follow the service road to the left of the bus stop area. No idea from inside :)

Mine was about 45 minutes, mostly just me checking things over, the time on the Tesla side was maybe 10-15 mins, very smooth, that was at Biuewater though.

Also check the little 'Pen' symbol by the 'unknown' key and you can change the name to whatever you want.

Mine came to digitally sign the hour before I picked up, but you can sign actually as you pick up, its not a problem and all seems very slick.

Sounds like my setup procedure , except I was getting all the audio as I like it, flac and spotify all set now...nice!

Collected my new M3LR from Bluewater today and it was very well organised and smooth including a trade in. Car was 42% charged, App was setup and referral miles added before we left in 45mins including careful check over, and brief supercharge. All seems perfect.

It does not affect all new cars, my Hypervolt is 2 months old and my new (today) M3LR works just fine. 😀
