I ordered 08/07/2021 - delivery date was Nov-Dec originally, has slid to end of December but has locked in at 12/29-12/31 for the last few weeks. In Southern California, seems like they are trying to get deliveries out by end of quarter.

Seems like today there have been a ton of Model 3's available in SoCal - I see 20 available right now. Weird they don't give them to people with orders first rather than releasing them to existing inventory.
