A little update here, my trunk does work after they changed the strouts. I don't think I've received any software update yet.

I did try that, and maybe it worked. I can't tell for sure because they just replaced both strouts.

Yes, I scheduled an appointment, I have to wait until september :/ But of course they have to cover it under warranty, I haven´t done anything wrong and the car is almost new :O
