Interesting… in my case I should have had a daily restart around 6:15 pm tonight but after the 21.31.0 update it didn't happen. I had a nice, uninterrupted day of solar. 🤷🏻

I did it slightly differently— I used the Stop System from the main screen at 8 pm last night and it also worked. Normally it would have done the self test today at 2:10 pm, and it’s now 3 pm and there’s been no self test stoppage. We didn’t exactly solve the problem of daily shutdowns, but...

Interesting, indeed. And a good question. A daily self-test would likely be a simple configuration setting somewhere in the system. But where to find it, and in which system - Tesla’s servers or or in the installed equipment?

What I find interesting about your photos is that your system cones back at full power. Mine comes back every day at about 1 kw lower output than before the shutdown.

Interesting… can you let us know if after a couple of days the system is still running without the daily shutdown?

It’s a brand new solar roof with 2x Powerwall +. My Tesla app shows that I’m on 21.20.5. Is there a way to get the later firmware (besides just waiting)? I’ll try to message the Tesla guys that installed it and see what they say and post back here if they have any wisdom to share.
