Still no firmware as of 7:30 EST for the LFP. Will any of us get our cars this weekend?

Anyone else order this week before the announced change that m3 SR+ Will be delayed until January? Am I screwed?

Has anyone had experience cancelling their Tesla trade-in after accepting? It looks like I can get a better deal with Carvana but was curious if this is as simple as a quick phone call.
