It will create a plan, it might just not right away. Stop it on the Tesla app and set up off peak charging in your car's settings the next time you're in it to end at 05:30. When IO generates a schedule it will signal your car to start charging as appropriate.

It's working for me again on Android, although yesterday it was just like you with no 'Devices' tab.

I can't remember the exact wording in the car's settings but I have mine set so that the off peak electricity window stops at 05:30. That way when I plug the car in (usually many hours before that) the car won't start charging right away which gives IO time to generate a schedule.

If the car is connected to a charger and you start pre heating it will draw power from the charger regardless of scheduled charge programming.

My car is currently in Glasgow Service Centre having had intermittent 'assistance is reduced' and related errors. They've replaced the steering rack and wiring loom although I don't have the fully detailed invoice yet as the car is stuck with them until their wheel alignment machine is repaired...

Are you sure? I've just checked using a Durham postcode on Octopus site and it listed 5.00p/ kWh 00:30 to 04:30 and 23.39p/ kWh for the rest of the day. Was their email formatted incorrectly?
