I can confirm that. It happened to me several times before I got a VIN. You can have a VIN any time when the window is less than 2 week EDD and the EDD just moved up 1-2 days when you're in the 1st day of the window.

I just received a VIN NF362. I'm still waiting for SA to answer my question on cashiers check as payment method since I didn't find it on the app.

Ordered on 4/7. Just released my hold a few days ago expecting EDD around Dec-Jan but it's 9/24-9/30 today. I'll ask my SA to hold it again if having VIN before Dec.
