    After @ChrisSFoot 's post, I took the lid off the dash (the wooden part). I could see a 'gasket' around the edge to keep the air in, it was felt tape. No breaks or anything. Couldn't find a gap. Was I looking in the right place?

    Mini update here. Tessie recorded a max miles of 277.5 / 70.7kwh When I woke the car up, 4 hours later it showed 288 miles, which has since dropped to 286. Is there any chance the BMS is from the old battery? I doubt it?

    Thanks, good to just vent my frustration I’m going to see the service manager tomorrow when I pick up, if I can. Going to ask why it’s ok to have 13% loss of range etc I’ll fill in the survey tomorrow after the car is left at 100%. Finishes charge tonight.

    I've got my service invoice. Part number 1137377-01-W. Predicted range at 100% currently around 274-278 miles. That's about a 13% degradation from the 315 new value. Feel cheated, as the car is not even 2 years old and done 12k miles. The range may go up after x cycles etc, but still.

    Looks like my car is nearly ready… 27% or 75mil charge and Tessie extrapolates that to 278 miles at 100%

    You’ve got a smaller battery, more cycles For reference, Tessie says 62 cycles for mine at 12k miles. It knows my loan has 166 cycles at 24k miles - so must be getting that from somewhere

    Also let us know what part number you have on the invoice. for reference, the service center have left mine to discharge too. Woke up today and it’s at 0% according to the app. Let’s see if I get a new 12v battery or not

    Passenger side (maybe B pillar) rattle, drives me crazy!

    Following this thread! My 2021 M3P has the same noise as the video. Kind of like a rustling noise. Also, sounds like it’s coming from the right side lower b pillar trim, where the video is taken. A lot louder with the trim off. I’m right hand drive, and it sounds next to my ear when driving.

    Sorry, need my coffee. The 90% charge is the projection to 100% limit (Tessie still allows you to move the slider and it goes the maths)

    I agree, mine was manufactured August 21, arrived September. The parts catalogue does have a LHD and RHD part and a Oct 2020 onwards part, wonder if something incorrect was fitted at factory. I hope it’s a simple software fix though. I’ve had the hose insulation recall done, no difference.

    Try manually turning off air recirculation and/or turning off the rear fans. I’ve been experimenting, and these two changes stop it blowing down in the drivers seat. Mines the same… passenger seat is OK Edit: UK car so right hand drive

    The miles stated is based on the EPA range. My car has 315 EPA, 352 WLTP. at 100% it was 315 the first charge, now it’s 297 after 7k miles.

    My theory on the difference between SMT rated range and slider rated range is temperature. If it's colder, I always see the screen slightly lower.... but SMT doesn't change as much.
