Recently, the Stereo cuts off when I put the car in park just for a brief moment. Then the front speakers will play followed by the rear a few seconds later. Has anyone else noticed this?

Mine came in the same box exactly as yours. I think the brown box is used now because they are more durable and it doesn't have the "steal me" Tesla branding. If you Google, you will find others that received theirs the same way.

Comes back after reboot. Then gone again.

I have the exact same issue after the “Cold weather improvement” update. I have to reboot a couple times a day. I also noticed the Immersive sound slider disappears when the issue happens. I never noticed a difference with that slider anyway.
