Sentry mode has to be active to use live mode. If you've got sentry mode disabled at home, it won't be available while you're at home. Enable sentry mode, and the option shows up.
I got my VIN today, and then a call from the delivery center saying the car was on the lot. Paid the balance and waiting to hear back on if I can pickup the car before Friday. 🤞
