I just took a Dremel to mine and cut out actual vents. None of that stick-on crap. Looks-wise mine are 3/10 but the horsepower gains are insane off the charts.

Follow up - Talked to SA this morning. He put me on a one-month hold. Unmatched the VIN and the account went to a status that lets me click a button whenever I'm ready to be taken off hold. At that point, a car will be matched. 2021 pricing preserved.

Still waiting too. EDD has moved from March 2022 to December 2021 to June to March to April and today May. This sucks. I know this is a privileged problem. The constant change in expectations is the thing that irritating. We don’t need the car asap or anything, it’s more just…we see the car is...

I can't answer the 'why' part, but I'm a CPA (only meaning I have a ton of experience with tax law) and nearly all tax laws enacted in a given year apply to the total year.

Silver lining for all of us (on top of the big one of being able to afford a Tesla in the first place) is IFFFF there comes to pass a tax credit for 2022, we're good there lol

I really wish the SA made it a lot more clear how critical to delivery timing filling out the profile is. He definitely had the attitude of 'eh, just get around to to it whenever you have time, no rush'. Didn't realize how important it was until joining this forum.

EDD is still March 17 - April 14 for me. Been that way ever since ordering except for one week during December when it jumped to Christmas week. ...only to return to March 17 - April 14. Meanwhile my BFF and parents separately both ordered M3s and got them within a month, haha.

We ordered our MYLR in August and got a EDD of March 17-April 17 2022. And then a few weeks ago we got an email instructing us to prep for delivery and sort out payment, did that, the EDD refined to 12/23-12/31, and then I just checked the account again and it's back to April 2022. Is this sort...

CPA here, can confirm. Traditional convention for depreciation starts the date the asset is placed into service. BBB should follow that same convention, meaning the date title transfers to the owner, which is the date you pick it up, which is the date you also pay Tesla.
