yeah this was the same spec model 3 that i had a non LFP order for. The delivery was pretty quick. but i think a lot of this was because i was calling tesla every single day trying to accelerate things haha

Picked up my LFP today from Tesla in Smithtown New York. Was absolutely wild pulling up and seeing about a hundred model 3s waiting in the lot. Build quality was great. no panel gaps, no weird folds in the seats. Such a smooth process.

That gets me nervous now haha. My delivery was pushed forward an hour and a half on Sunday so i'm really hoping everything is gucci for Sunday. They confirmed the car arrived and all is well. Hoping that's a good sign but I refuse to let my guard down til i'm physically sitting IN the car.

Dang wasn't able to move my delivery date up to tomorrow like I was hoping. They were able to move it from 12:30 on Sunday to 11:00 though. 1.5 hours earlier. We'll still chalk that up as a W I guess. They WERE able to locate my car at the DC though which is very good to hear. It arrived earlier...

Progressive offered me 120. Geico offered me well over 400. I spoke to Geico on the phone to ask why their rates were so high just because I was curious and the guy told me that All of their rates are based on "statistics" and he's guessing they haven't updated their rates for electric vehicles...

Just got off the phone with Tesla. I asked about moving my 9/5 pickup to 9/4. He said he would be able to do it for me but would have to transfer me to someone else. I think he messed up because he just transferred me all the way back to the initial automated menu lmao.

Yeah I read the fob was a lot less than people had expected when receiving it. I really wanted it at first but hearing people's reactions made me steer away.

I spoke to Tesla earlier this morning and as of now they said everything is on track for my Sunday pickup (with the car arriving Friday). So fingers crossed!

Hmm this is different from the information that my DC told me. I was told the cars would be arriving Friday and were ready for delivery as soon as the following day. Unfortunately those spots were full and I got an appointment on Sunday.

I would suggest calling Tesla a bit closer to that delivery window. My window was 9/3-9/5. I called them yesterday and asked for more info. They were able to tell me my car would be arriving to the dealership on 9/3 and then were able to schedule my delivery appointment. At least from MY...

Damn! Sorry to hear this :\ Really hopping I don't get something like this from the dealership on Long Island. I know we got hit much lighter than you guys in NJ but they did tell me on the phone a few days ago that it's very likely the weather could cause delays.

Exactly, like many others have said my order hasn't progressed without me making calls to Tesla and inquiring about it directly. That's how I got my loan being stuck on conditionally approved past that stage (needed to upload Proof of Residence which didn't get approved for 3 days) and now...

Some good news. Just called Tesla and was informed that the Model 3's will arrive at the DC (Smithtown Long Island, NY) on Friday. Got a delivery appointment! Sunday 9/5 at 12:30 PM! Fingers crossed!

It depends on which 1 you select for pickup. Mine is the Tesla store in Smithtown Long Island

Have you gotten better information by calling the delivery center as opposed to the Tesla support number?
