The tech came out today and replaced the charger and it is still not working on both of the MYP we have in the family. Charge point is the worst.

I am having the same issue in my apartment building with a 2021 MYP & 2022 MYP and two charge point chargers I rent from the building. Charge Point techs are supposed to be onsite this Thursday June 2nd to fix. I'll update my experience then.

I tried roadside and they offered no help. My local service shop didn't really care and said I had to wait until my appointment on jan 24th. Pretty disappointing customer service experience all around. Basically they pointed the finger at me and are blaming my equipment.
