Seriously? You're telling potential new customers they'll have these mats now and you still haven't fulfilled orders like mine from Oct 16 (order # 3570). Still looking for some truth/fact and not this continued wildly optimistic and ever-changing speculation on order fulfillment.

I too have been repeatedly over promised and under delivered. Seems like every inquiry has my mats going out the door “tomorrow” or “next week” but nothing ever happens. How about it? Order #3570 ? Just gimme some truth.

I actually emailed the shop support address on how to cancel/reorder since I wasn’t presented with that option on the website. They assured me my order would be fulfilled with the 24 ft. model. Delivery is scheduled for Monday, so will know for sure then.

Was trying to find info on cancelation because I couldn't see an option for it on my order. Came across this in the FAQs: No cancel/return options for me, so it looks like I may be "stuck" with what I've got.
