My NJ order moved up as well. Now Oct 22 - Nov 11. Funny, I ordered 7/6 and have the same color and configuration (MY LR MSM). I'm not complaining because the later date works better for me.

I just got an email response from Charge Up program. They say a VIN is not needed, but dealerships have until Oct 15 to submit the application or the incentive will be forfeited.

I just found this thread. I have on order a LR MSM on black. Exterior color was the only upgrade. Placed order on July 6. At time of posting, the EDD is showing 11/10 - 11/30 in NJ. The EDD seems to have stabilized. Started out showing September, then ranged from October to December.
