I agree. Have had USAA for 30 years. ( House, Airplane, Motorcycle and three cars.). Very straight forward to deal with. Currently have 2023 MSP, and am paying $94.00 per month w/ full coverage. Price has been the same since first MSP in 2021. No previous moving violations or accidents or claims...

To Force new update: Get in MS-PLAID, Charge to 100%, engage Flux Capacitors, select Launch Mode, stop 15 days in the future and download update, return to present and enjoy. 😳💥

Same for my 2023 MSP. Strange that voice commands like Unfold rear view mirrors said No Connectivity? Nav was also showing No Traffic Information and would not accept voice destination inputs. CS contacted and they said they were being inundated with same complaints. Seems AT&T was the culprit...

2024.2.7= All functions are normal, including Auto-Pilot. Wipers, headlights, GPS, HomeLink, cameras, music, XM satellite..All normal. 2023 MSP.

Why would any logical and reasonably gifted person be stupid enough to drive a 4,ooo+ pound electric car into water?

My 2023 MSP has no rattles, squeaks or other noises. In all phases of driving.

No it does not. Same grey blank screen for Owners Manual. On same page is release notes, which Does work fine.

2023 MSP. 2023.44.30.8. When selecting Owners Manual in Service, nothing shows except grey screen. On good WiFi and LTE. Tried two wheel reboot. ? Any ideas? (When using App on iPhone, Owners Manual loads fine).

Got the lock chime to load and work. Named file LockChime.wav , put on USB-C as only file on memory stick. Inserted in USB-C port in center arm rest console. Went to ToyBox-turned on chime-selected USB-removed USB-C stick. 👍🤣🤣 ( Says-Automatic defense procedures initiated). 2023 MSP...

I’m on my second MSP. Living in the desert near Palm Springs. If I need to honk the horn, I clearly know where the button is. No secret, no problem. At 69, I don’t recall when I used the horn to save the day or avoid a crash. I’m just fine with the yoke, turn signals and horn button locations...

My 2023 MSP had the same GPS problems. The SC did the following. For last 3 weeks it’s working normal.

Rubbish- I’m on my second MSP, (2021/2023) and HomeLink auto open/close has always worked perfectly for me.:D

FYI- The wall connector REQUIRES a password to join your home WiFi. Living way out in the country, we have no password on our home WiFi, and thus the wall connector will not join our WiFi.

90% Day driving. At no time did the radio drop signal or go to radio I.D. Page Or reset in any way.

I just drove 500 miles over the last 4 days, and my XM has had no problems with scratchy volume or anything else? 2023 MSP.

Just FYI- I Do have HomeLink set to auto Close and Auto Open at 60 feet. Works perfect👍 I have not noticed a screen blink or mini map shift leaving garage, but then again I’m too preoccupied carefully pulling out of a very tight fit garage.

Just checked my 2023 MSP IN GARAGE-see pic. The minute I pull out of garage, Sats connect and HomeLink direct closes garage door ok in 60 feet. I did just have the Car Computer replaced because GPS was frozen or Way off. Garage door was open, no change.

2023 MSP HW4 (March). GPS failed. SC installed new MCU and antenna. Fixed.

All are showing 30 minutes parking.

Time to buy an Apple Watch with Bluetooth key. 🤣

Same here. 2023 MSP. On 2023.26.9. GPS Way off or not moving at all. Did all the same as you to fix it, but no deal. Left the car outside too 5 hours, and did a power off for 15 minutes-No fix. Also soonest appointment is 18 Sept. Alas this morning it's mysteriously started working again...

on 9/1/23 observed 8 / 250 Finished chargers. Electric company IID was pulling large cables 200 feet away at a junction box. I asked if they had an open date, and they only would say, not sure since they had a lot of work to do, since the area was not prepared for that kind of heavy draw.

Regen normal for me after 2023.20.9. on my MSP 2023.
