So did you get a new VIN assigned after the 30 day hold? What was your EDD at that point?

So for those of you who delayed their orders, did you already have a VIN assigned? I received my VIN on 11/08. Tesla said I can put a hold on it til 12/08. Does that mean I will get a new one? I am hoping to take delivery in the new year but I am slightly confused on the "delaying" process.

For those of you who managed to grab a SR+ from existing inventory, how was the process? Were you able to get your existing order refunded? Also, if you were financing, did you need approval from your bank ready?

I am located in VA as well and about the same case. Ordered a black/black SR+ on 09/08 and EDD has been stuck on October 6-26 do the past 13 days.

So it seems like the LFP battery is more desired than the NCA. If that is the case, besides the fact that you can charge to 100%, what other benefits does it have? Will the performance decrease a little since it is a heavier car? Is the degredation rate lower since the battery will have to go...

Hello all pretty new here but I have been following the conversations and it's been some great insight! I ordered a M3 SR+ on 09/07. EDD was initially 11/02-11/22. This morning it changed to 10/06-10/26! Is this typical or am I just getting my hope up?
