this assuming your house is not drawing any power. If you get your house to draw at least 6kw/h while your solar is generating 21kw/h, I think your powerwalls might start charging.

This started happening for me too when my gateway got the 21.31.2 version

I have gateway on 21.31.2 and tesla app 4.0 running regular powerwall2 installed Feb 2021 and I have self powered mode.
