My 2015 Tesla just shut down on me showing 8km left but only 2km to the supercharger. I have cut it close before to <10km but never had this issue. Guess I have to rethink my safety margin. Is there some kind of battery I can keep in my trunk to give an extra 20 or 30 km?

I'm at the Ingleside OnRoute charger and it is finally working... and right now it is free. It is on an adapter and I am getting 46kW... I can see using it occasionally but at 18 dollars for 250 km it won't be often.. more as a backup.

Saw construction going on at the Cornwall supercharger last week.... I could still use the chargers but for sure there was something being updated
