Hey, I have also been stuck on 2023.2.12 for at least two month - 2021 Model 3 Performance. My GFs 2022 MY has received 4 Updates in the same timeframe while I have received none. This is getting a bit frustrating for me since one of the main reasons I bought a Tesla are continuous software...

Don’t worry, it still works. But it identifies it as a key instead of a phone (at least for me) and calls it “unknown”

Good to know but I don’t really care if the are chronologically old or new. What I want is new feature and maybe even working Auto wipers.

No they would not be within their rights. They advertise “regular” updates on their website and many people have also bought FSD so they have to deliver.

I hope very soon because the Tesla does not seem to be able to recognize the new iPhone 13 as a phone key and always thinks it’s a physical key.

Been waiting on an update for a long time. Still stuck on 2021.3.106.5. Service center just says you are up to date. When I ask them about my ancient 2019 maps they just say they are also up to date. How is this better than what legacy is doing?

It just means that that version was branched off the main software branch in January. It actually has some features that were released mich later. Not the very latest ones thought but at least some from spring. but other than that, you are right. I am also stuck on 2021.3.106 and it’s annoying.

At least you version is mentioned on the app. My Version (2021.3.106.5) is so old, it’s not even on there.

Sounds like you are on one of the currently islanded factory firmwares. Hope they merge with main branch soon.

Yes, that is correct. But as you mentioned it is behind in features. Historically, Tesla vehicles have not stayed on the factory firmware branch as long as the July and onwards models are doing right now. I wonder why that is.

It has nothing to do with vision. International cars that still come with Radar are equally affected. I seems to be due to the IC shortage.

No i want to see the specific notes. I also have a car stuck on 2021.3.106.5 and it shows 2021.4.11 as the previous version, which is strange. if his car really updated from 2021.3.106.5 to a never Version it would be interesting to see what it shows.

You are completely right. Many new Tesla owners here in Germany have the same problem. Our cars still have the radar and this are not vision only cars. That’s why I agree that it’s likely due to the IC shortage and not the vision only aspect of the cars.
