The Tesla pickup is just a temporary location in what was Debenhams carpark I wouldn't expect them to put SC's in, unless Intu decide to do it themselves.

Just had a bunch of documentation added to my account today (Tesla Loan) and a email with a copy of the contract completed. I did get the text yesterday reconfirming VIN + Reg. So it looks like mine was on Viking Ocean and not Helios Ray. Collection: 1st December from Manchester @ 10:30am.

So to confirm it DID come with the Qi charging and x2 USB-C sockets in the front? I'm aware of the two in the back -- the reports are some 2022 models are coming without them but is, infact a retrofit (due to chip shortages).

Would be interesting to see if the first deliveries are coming with the empty holes and no wireless charging..... I understand why this is happening but zero communications on the issue is absolute garbage.

The world needs to move to standardised charging if everyone is going to move to EV's - having proprietary charging bays isn't the future... I do think the infra tesla built with the Supercharger network makes them an attractive purchase for legacy ICE manufacturers (rather than the car tech)...

I ordered blue but ordered back in September and got the VIN on the 26th .... I'd say the Blue don't appear to be as popular so given you only ordered a couple of weeks ago it may be in the next batch?

Just spoke to chat my Sept Order they said Nov/Dec but didn't seem to know much more - just mentioned what has already been said in here, VIN = key milestone.

I ordered on the 18th so in the same position, I hope it's mid November as my Audi is on a 'informal extension' to it's lease which expires at the end of November 😟

That makes sense! thanks for that - I was gutted as I literally missed out by a day or two on the referral scheme... so annoying how they have got rid of it now.

I ordered the LR in Blue with 19" wheels, no indication of likely delivery date yet (probably November), I live just down the road in Bramhall from the Stockport Tesla Dealer and the pickup is Trafford Centre (is that normal?).
