    Time of Use/ Off peak charging Programs

    Tesla has a "scheduled start" option. My "Off Peak" is 9pm to ??? I start my charge at 9:14pm if I need a charge. Off Peak in California is 1/2 of Peak. Not "dirt cheep" by any stretch! BTW, Tesla Supercharge Stations have drops in rates, too.

    Confused. Is 15% less tint than 25%? Lower battery usage in SoCal is my motive. Help.

    Bought my M3 yesterday in SoCal yesterday. Save battery is primary. Looks like 15% all around keeps the heat down enough. Looks like 3M highest quality product is recommended, too. Please comment.
