Just on the phone with them now. he thinks it is because the NEC is no longer a delivery centre and it is somewhere else in Birmingham. Just trying to book it now

I’ve not had an apology text yet but I am also scheduled to pick up at the NEC if that helps anyone track down what went wrong here (or if the problem is only for NEC appointments as someone mentioned above they were also the NEC).

Except when I booked to confirm an appointment it said none were available and I should try again tomorrow

This is my guess, so they can take into account any ship delays etc. I am sure someone here will know for sure. I ordered on 25/8 and first saw the VIN in the website coding on Monday (first time I thought to look) so hoping for a text soon as my current car goes on Saturday so don’t want to be...

That’s what I don’t understand. If I could’ve got a car in September if I’d ordered by 23/8 then why does ordering 3 days later mean I wait that much longer. What is happening to the cars they’re importing in October?

So I ordered mine on August the 26th so missed the September delivery slot. However someone on the phone told me they don’t deliver cars in October. Anyone have any ideas as to why? Is it the push to deliver in Q3 means that the inventory is gone?
