I was nervous about running into issues when installing my mud flaps but thankfully I was able to remove and resecure the bolt just fine on my 6/22 build.
I hope I don't run into this problem. I just picked up my MYP as well with a 6/22 build date. My flaps arrive tomorrow so I'll be giving it a go later in the evening. Fingers crossed!
Thanks for the clarification, that coincides with why I use much less electricity when I commute during rush hour and sit in traffic most of the way :). That puts my worry to rest
Got it, thank you! I appreciate you guiding me in the right direction. I normally charge with a level 2 ChargePoint station at my apartment complex and is capped at 90% for daily use. The car is also rarely supercharged. The last time was yesterday when I went on a short road trip but in total...
My apologies if this has been discussed before but I couldn't find a thread for the LR and my model year. I have a 2022 M3 LR and I noticed during charging with the slider pulled all the way to 100% that my estimated range is around 334 mi. At 90% it's at 301 mi. Is this normal? I'm assuming the...
Thanks for your input! That's what I was afraid of. I ended up ordering a set along with some foam tape to see if it would offer protection against scuffing on the paint. If it doesn't work out I'll just go without mud flaps
Thanks, I thought that might be the case. The alternative was the evmudflaps design that doesn't wrap around the side of the car, but for a hefty price of $125 for the set, don't think it's worth it for me.
I like how the Abstract Ocean/RPM Tesla mud flaps look/fit on the car, but concerned about how the side sits on top of the paint. Has anyone that uses these, noticed any damage or scuffing to the paint when removed?
This is exactly what I did. They originally gave me options for next week but it was during my work days/hours. I would have had to leave work early to pick it up. I just called the delivery center and they said it was no problem since the vehicle is on site. They prepped it early and let me...
I wrote about it in the post above. It's all included and working properly! So I am not sure if they're randomly including it in vehicles when they have parts and leaving it out when needed to keep production of cars rolling. That could be a theory.
Another update: Received VIN last night. Today, I got the message to schedule my delivery date and make my final payment. Should be able to pick it up tomorrow :)
Thanks! Should have seen the look on my face when I was refreshing my account randomly and saw that there was an update to accept Vision agreement, then my eyes wandered over to see an actual VIN assigned.
What configuration did you order? I have a feeling yours will be updating very soon!
Order update! Just got my VIN a few minutes ago :) Assuming the EDD window will start to get smaller on the second day in the window
OD: 9/21
EDD Currently: 11/12-11/22
This was the same thing that happened to me. Mine got pushed back on the second day in the window. It's now showing 11/2-11/30. I hope it shrinks. At this point I'm trying to occupy myself with other things as much as I can so I don't get too disappointed with this lol.
Just got another update/change to my EDD. OD was 9/19. Originally the EDD was 11/3-12/3, then to 10/18-10-30, now it's 10/20-10-31. So I guess it's slightly getting smaller. No VIN yet. Any day now!
Patience my friend! (although I'm not very patient myself obviously ;)) We'll all be getting our cars eventually. I'm already so busy with work and whatnot but maybe not busy enough because I still have time to check. It is indeed a waste of time!
I've experienced this in most of the vehicles I've owned. That's why I also carry a portable pump so I don't need to stop by the gas station. It's become handy many times
Yeah if we scroll back about 10 pages or so, there was a group of people that received cars around the same time. Then there was a slow period. However, I do see that those EDD dates are starting to come close for many people, so I'm guessing we should see another wave of cars being delivered. I...
