There is legislation and you have indeed correctly stated it, however it is strange I have to pay nil for something I am exempt from. This country is indeed strange.

Definition of exempt free (a person or organization) from an obligation or liability imposed on others. Which means a person who is exempt from something, especially the payment of tax.

You only break the law when you do an act you are not allowed to do or fail to do which is illegal by definition. Paying nothing for nothing is not. Where is the law that states I need to pay for something the government informed me I was exempt from?

Definition of tax is a compulsory contribution to state revenue, levied by the government on workers' income and business profits, or added to the cost of some goods, services, and transactions. Zero rate is zero. It all seams unnecessary.

Police and the government can check a vehicle via AMPR or other systems to see what f a vehicle is insured, requires tax or mot. This only another means of f making money in fines and perhaps malicious prosecutions.

Why do we have to pay a higher rate of VED in 2025. Why not the normal amount, I bought a Tesla for the range and the charging infrastructure. The others were rubbish. I also received a reminder to pay my exempt Road Tax from DVLA WTF 🤬

It seems to me the further away the area is from the big cities there are less chargers. We need more superchargers in Republic of Ireland, Wales, Cornwall and Scotland.

We do need more superchargers, preferably on the motorway network.

I wonder if the Intercontinental Hotel has anything to say about the signs not on display. The plot thickens, there must be a car parking company that manages the area.

I have a feeling it is enforced by O2 parking. There must be a parking rules sign near by. I sure the the none EVs parking would receive a parking charge for breaking the rules.

Who owns the car park? I think the may need some pressure by the EV community to do a little parking enforcement.

It is shared ownership in a wind turbine. The benefit is you have reduction in your electric bill and you helping with renewable energy. Tesla could be one of the companies that buy their electricity from them and pass the benefits on to share holders or be one of the share holders.
